Bandra Bay is one of the most recognisable stretches of water in Mumbai. The Bandra-Worli Sea Link crosses it, and the city skyline lines the far shore. A home that faces the bay looks out over open water and a landmark bridge rather than over neighbouring rooftops, which is why sea-front land in Bandra West is so limited and so closely watched by buyers.

How the residence types relate to the view
The project lists three kinds of homes, and the way they are arranged on each floor affects how much of the view each home can enjoy.

In a 26-storey tower, the height of your floor changes what you see.
