Where is the project located?
Adani Bandra Reclamation sits on Bandra Reclamation in Bandra West, one of Mumbai’s most established residential neighbourhoods. The site faces Bandra Bay and lies right beside the Bandra–Worli Sea Link, which gives the project direct access to the Sea Link and onward to Worli and South Mumbai.

The residences: 3, 4 and 5 BHK sea-front homes
The project offers three types of homes, each planned around the sea view:
- 3 BHK sea-facing residences – from Rs 29 Cr* onwards; carpet area on request.
- 4 BHK Sea Suites – only two residences per floor; price on request.
- 5 BHK Sea Mansions – just one residence per floor; carpet area on request.
